1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Data Stella Pte. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Data Stella provides digital transformation consulting, software development, AI solutions, and related technology services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Data Stella Pte. Ltd. and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, all intellectual property developed during client engagements will be transferred to the client upon full payment for the services.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Data Stella Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

7. Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Except as expressly stated, all services are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, you shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
